Andrea M Gross (Costume Designer, Company Manager) made her Twin Cities debut with nimbus (Propaganda for the Converted in 2005) and has been a company member since 2010. Devised work and the storytelling at nimbus has informed her work everywhere. At nimbus: The Storms of November; From Darkness; Tesla; The Golden Ass; Bohemian Flats; The Year of Magical Thinking). Her work has also been seen at the Jungle (The Night Alive; The Birthday Party), Park Square Theater (Romeo & Juliet; 33 Variations; Good People; Sherlock Holmes & the Adventure of the Suicide Club; RED; Ragtime), Torch Theater/Gremlin (Death and the Maiden), Mu Performing Arts (The Tiger Among Us), Alan Berks & Co (Six Characters in Search of an Author), Walking Shadow Theater Company (after the quake; Robots vs Fake Robots) Gustavus Adolphus College (four seasons, seven main-stage productions including Fefu and Her Friends, The Impresario from Smyrna, The Tempest, and The Lesson). She holds a BA in Theater & German from Santa Clara University, and a MFA in Costume Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Current and upcoming productions: Hatchet Lady with Walking Shadow at The Red Eye, The Capitol Play Project with Wonderlust.
